Designed for fine separation of tailings, this unit integrates vibration feeding, air sorting, and direct bagging. Material is evenly fed into the sealed chamber by a damped vibration feeder. A dedicated fan creates directed airflow that lifts light impurities (films, dust) to the top vented screen for removal, while usable heavy tailings settle and drop directly into a collection bag via the side outlet—achieving cleaning and recovery in one step. A viewing window and quick-open door allow real-time monitoring and easy access.
