Equipment Description
The Sink-Float Separation Tank is a mechanical device that sorts based on the density difference between HDPE cap flakes (or PP cap flakes)and PET flakes in the liquid. Its core components are the separation tank and the conveying device. By regulating the density of the liquid and the conveying speed, the HDPE cap flakes(or PP cap flakes)and PET flakes of different densities can float up and sink down respectively in the liquid, thus achieving efficient separation of the two.
