Equipment Description

The trommel screen is driven by a motor and reducer, which rotates the screen drum slowly. When materials (bottles/caps and impurities) enter the drum, they rotate along with it. During this process, separation is achieved through the difference in screen mesh apertures: materials and impurities smaller than the mesh (such as bottle caps, sand, and fine dust) fall through the screen and are discharged from the oversize discharge outlet; materials larger than the mesh (such as bottles) move along the inclined direction of the drum and are discharged from the undersize discharge outlet, completing efficient separation of materials and impurities.
