Equipment Description
This chain conveyor adopts a metal chain plate carrying structure with chain transmission, driven by a motor-reducer unit. The drive sprocket propels the chain plates to run synchronously, enabling continuous and stable conveying of materials such as waste plastic bottles and bottle bales. The chain plates are equipped with side baffles and an anti-slip design, and the frame is welded from channel steel for a robust and durable structure. The conveying angle and length can be flexibly adjusted according to the site layout, effectively connecting upstream processes such as bale opening and shredding to ensure efficient and smooth material transfer.
